An American traveller finds himself drawn into all manner of violent adventures when he ill-advisedly heads for Mexico. His train is held up by bandits who are collecting weapons and money for revolutionary activities, and he ends up joining them - but a dark secret looks set to place him in serious danger. El Chuncho's bandits rob arms from a train, intending to sell the weapons to Elias' revolutionaries. They are helped by one of the passengers, Bill Tate, and allow him to join them, unware of his true intentions.
