More formulaic martial arts mayhem, with army buddies Michael Dudikoff and Steve James reuniting to fight even more black clad ninja hoods. Why more? Well, the bad guys have come up with a cloning machine to produce endless numbers of robotic martial arts experts, and are kidnapping American marines for their nasty experiments. The performances are as wooden as ever, but the real disappointment is in the clumsy direction of the all-important biffing scenes.

On a remote Caribbean island, Army Ranger Joe Armstrong investigates the disappearance of several marines, which leads him to The Lion, a super-criminal who has kidnapped a local scientist and mass-produced an army of mutant Ninja warriors.
